We provide a full planning permission application service including pre-planning research & consultations, planning drawings, maps, press notice, public notice, site suitability assessment (SSA) report & application submission.
We hold pre-planning consultations with our clients to assess the qualifying criteria and likelihood of successfully applying for and being granted planning permission for the proposed development. We attend pre-planning meetings with the local authority area planning officers on behalf our clients.
We carry out Topographical Surveys using GPS and Total Station surveying equipment. We also carry out measured site surveys and produce Land Registry Compliant Maps for land transfer purposes and registration with PRAI.
We liaise with our clients to produce detailed working drawings to include all electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation services, along with TV, Audio and Internet infrastructure. We produce Building Specification Booklets as an aid to procure accurate costing for the construction phase of the project.
We carry out detailed House Buyers Surveys/Reports. On the request of our clients we conduct these surveys at pre-purchase stage in order to report on the general condition of the property.
